My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I remember so many good , happy times with Verlie in my youth. My parents and Kenny and Verlie were good friends through all the years. Playing cards, traveling together, sharing stories, talking on the phone with each other, etc, etc.

Always remember Verlie"s contagious laugh when they would play cards with Mom and Dad( Myra and Bob Sherer). Mom and Verlie had their own special signal for different cards. It was so funny. Verlie and Mom would tell stories of their younger years and it was very entertaining, to say the least. Verlie always had a quick smile that would make your day. My condolences to the Huber family.
