Dear Rick and family:
I learned today of Nelda's passing. I'm her second cousin (Frieda and my Dad Louis Brewer were cousins.) How appropriate that I have a picture of her at the last reunion playing bingo with Barbara by her side and then another photo of them watching the little ones at play. Yes, I'm the pesky photographer at the reunions... Nelda looked so content and at ease then. I'm sure Jesus has made her whole and comfortable once more.
Now we are left to deal with her loss. My deepest sympathy to all of you. I will be praying for everyone and shedding some tears 230 miles away for now. I will always miss Nelda's quiet, gentle spirit at our reunions.
