Helen Louise Ballue, 78, of Schram City, IL passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017, at 5:50 p.m. at Heritage Health Hospice, Springfield, IL. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL. Rev. Ralph Ward, Hillsboro, IL, will officiate. Burial will take place in Olive Hill Cemetery, Coffeen, IL.
Ms. Ballue was born on March 13, 1939, in Sikeston, MO, to the late Charles and Helen (Sater) Hilliker. She was a cook at Kirksville, MO schools and Frances Howell School in St. Charles, MO. During her lifetime she lived in O'Fallon, MO; Kirksville, MO; Mission, TX and Schram City, IL.
Ms. Ballue is survived by her companion, Larry Keiser, Schram City, IL; one daughter, Barbara Martin, Troy, MO and one grandchild, Dakota Martin, Troy, MO.
