Victor "Vic" Steven Taylor

Victor Steven “Vic” Taylor, 53, of Donnellson, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Mercy Hospital-South in St. Louis, MO. He was born in Florissant, MO, May 2, 1971, a son of Robert H. and Lillie M. (Taylor) Taylor. He attended Greenville High School. Vic was employed for many years as a roofer and guttering installer with M.P. Taylor Construction. He enjoyed playing pool, liked NASCAR, golf,  and playing football and was in a football fantasy league with his brothers. His pride and joy was caring for his grandchildren, Avree “Bobblehead” Rasler, Emberlyn “Chubby Cheeks” Johnson, Stefan Lemay, and Lily & Layden Lemay. 

In addition to his grandchildren, Vic is survived by: Fiancée, Leah Sachan of Donnellson; Son, Brayden (fiancée Destanee Meyers) of Mt. Olive; Daughter, Haley (fiancé Brian Lemay) Johnson of Panama; Brothers, Mike (Chris) Taylor of Hillsboro, Dave (Chrissy) Taylor of Greenville, John “Skeets” Taylor of Hillsboro, and Robert Taylor of Taylor Springs; Sister, Judy Taylor of Greenville

Vic was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lillie Taylor, and brothers Dan Taylor, Jim Taylor, and Ron Taylor.

A Celebration of Life service will be planned for a later date.

Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
