Vecie (Jones) Holt

Vecie (Jones) Holt, 62, of Coffeen, IL, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at 11:45 a.m., at her residence.  Cremation rites were accorded.  No services are planned at this time.

Mrs. Holt was born on September 3, 1958, in Sunbright, TN, to the late Frances and Rachel Jones.  She served in the U.S. Army for four years and then was a housewife.  She married David Holt on November 15, 1982 in Bellville, TX and he survives in Coffeen, IL.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Holt is survived by two children, Alexander Jones of Coffeen, IL and Bobbie Caye (husband, Chris) Pressley of Nampa, ID; and one grandchild.  Mrs. Holt was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and three sisters.
