Ronald L. Sanford, 59, of Hillsboro was laid to rest on August 15, 2024 at St. Agnes Cemetery in Hillsboro. Private burial was conducted by Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home of Hillsboro. He passed away at his residence on August 13, 2024.

Ronald was born on April 15, 1965 in Hillsboro, Illinois to Clifford and Gloria (Scariot) Sanford. He was a graduate of Hillsboro High School, a lifelong resident of Hillsboro, and worked as a mechanic. Ronald is survived by his mother and sister, Rhonda Sanford, both of Hillsboro, Illinois. Ronald’s father preceded him in death on August 10, 2022.
