Raymond William Kopp

Raymond William Kopp, 96, of Butler, IL passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022 at 3:45 p.m. at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Taylor Springs, IL. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, IL. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, IL. Father Dan Willenborg, Pastor of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, IL will officiate. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Litchfield, IL.

Mr. Kopp was born October 22, 1925 in Butler, IL to the late Andrew C. and Regina C. (Brinkman) Kopp. He was a 1943 graduate of Butler/Litchfield School and was a dairy farmer. He married Annabel Hennings on April 12, 1950 in Litchfield, IL; she preceded on January 27, 2000. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, 3rd degree Knights of Columbus, and of the Farm Bureau. He loved to play pinochle and solitaire.

Mr. Kopp is survived by his children, Dennis (wife Paula) Kopp of Chatham, IL; Cathy (husband Robert) Adams of Butler, IL; Diane (husband Ronald) Reynolds of Butler, IL; and Theresa (husband John) Rapp of Hillsboro, IL; eleven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren, and his sister, Mercedes Meyer of Witt, IL.

Mr. Kopp is preceded by his parents and his wife, Annabel.

Memorials may be given to the St. Agnes Catholic Church Building Fund.
