Peggy Joan (Sidwell) Ullman

Peggy Joan Ullman, 95, of Hillsboro, IL passed away on Sunday, November 06, 2022, at Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center in Taylor Springs, IL.  A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, from, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL.  Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL.  Rev. John Jaffry, Pastor of Ware’s Grove Lutheran Church in Butler, IL, will officiate.  Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in Hillsboro, IL.  

Mrs. Ullman was born June 11, 1927, in Hillsboro, IL, to the late George “Dick” David & Helen Ann (Carter) Sidwell.  She married Emerald Ullman, on November, 29, 1953, at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Hillsboro, IL and he survives in Hillsboro, IL.  She was a member of Ware’s Grove Lutheran Church in Butler, IL.  She loved babysitting, bowling with her team, playing bingo, going to the boat to gamble, camping and traveling.  She was a housewife and had lived in Hillsboro, IL her entire life.

Mrs. Ullman is survived by her husband, Emerald Ullman and one daughter, Shelley Traylor of Cantrall, IL.  Along with her parents, Mrs. Ullman was preceded in death by one brother, Billy Wallace Sidwell and one sister, Mary Jacqueline Koontz.
