Patricia Louise Niehaus

Patricia Louise Niehaus, 68, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021 at 12:40 p.m. at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, IL. Father Daniel Willenborg, Pastor of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, IL will officiate. Burial will be at Elm Lawn Memorial Park in Litchfield, IL.

Ms. Niehaus was born on March 6, 1953 in Litchfield, IL to the late Harold Wayne and Mable Louise (Jones) Rottinghaus. She was a 1971 graduate from Litchfield High School in Litchfield, IL and later received her CNA license. She lived in Raymond, IL, San Francisco, CA, and then lived in Hillsboro, IL. She married Mike Niehaus and they later divorced. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, IL, a member of Daughters American Revolution (DAR), and she lived to spend time with her grandchildren.

Ms. Niehaus is survived by her children Matthew (wife Adriane) Niehaus of Wilton, NH, and Kendra (husband John) Wright of Hillsboro, IL; five grandchildren, Oliver Wright, Griffin Wright, Annabelle Wright, Astrid Niehaus, and Cian Niehaus; and her siblings, Kathy Robinson and Michael Rottinghaus.

Memorials may be given to the St. Agnes Catholic Church Building Fund.
