Mary Louise (Osborn) Bland

Mary Louise (Osborn) Bland, 89, of Schram City, IL, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Hillsboro Area Hospital in Hillsboro, IL. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Irving Cemetery in Irving, IL. Pastor Sue Bryce of United Methodist Church in Irving, IL will officiate. Burial will be held at Irving Cemetery in Irving, IL. 

Ms. Bland was born on July 16, 1932 to the late Patrick and Stella (Durbin) Osborn. She completed ten years of education. Ms. Bland married Jesse Earl Matthews; they later divorced, she later married George Bland and he preceded in death. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. Ms. Bland had lived in Irving, IL and Hillsboro, IL during her lifetime.

Ms. Bland is survived by her children, Perry Matthews of Schram City, IL; Marilyn (husband, Wallace) Collins of Rochester, IL; and Martha Jane Kunze of Hillsboro, IL; Five grandchildren; Nine great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; and one sister, Gladys Burval of Hillsboro, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Stella (Durbin) Osborn; and her husband, George Bland; as well as two brothers and five sisters.
