Marjorie Theresa Traylor

Marjorie Theresa Traylor, 78, of Taylor Springs passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Hillsboro Area Hospital in Hillsboro, Illinois. A private service will be held at a later date, with burial in Olive Hill Cemetery in Coffeen, Illinois. Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, Illinois is assisting with arrangements.

Mrs. Traylor was born on November 21, 1946 in Hillsboro, Illinois. She is the daughter of Arthur and Julie (Longworth) Durbin. She married Dale Traylor on December 22, 2001 in Hillsboro. He survives in Taylor Springs, Illinois. Mrs. Traylor was employed by Echlin Manufacturing Company for more than 30 years.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Traylor is survived by son, Randy A. Montgomery of Coffeen, Illinois and daughter Ronda L. (husband, Jeff) Meyer of Bingham, Illinois; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; four brothers and one sister; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one son Ricky L Montgomery in 2004, two brothers, and three sisters.

Memorials may be given to Hillsboro Area Hospital or Olive Hill Cemetery in Coffeen, Illinois.
