Jeffrey "Jeff" Scott Puckett

Jeffrey “Jeff” Scott Puckett, age 54, of Butler, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 10:17 p.m. at his residence in Butler, Illinois. Funeral Services for Jeffrey will be held on Thursday, March 6th, 2025, at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, Illinois, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. David Baker, Pastor of Life Community Church will be officiating. Burial will be held at Waresgrove Cemetery in Butler, Illinois.

Jeffrey lived a life full of art; from woodworking to tattoos, he would be very proud of the legacy he is leaving behind.  Jeffrey was known as a gentle giant and recognized by friends and family as someone who would help anyone in moment’s notice. He was a loving dog dad to Nugget, son to Pat and Judy Puckett, nephew and cousin to few, and friend to many.

Memorials in honor of Jeffrey Puckett may be directed to The Puckett Family for final expenses. Per the family’s wishes, please dress casual, like you’re going in for your last tattoo appointment, whether it be your favorite band tee or favorite hoodie.
