Janice Kay Bergman, 55, of Hillsboro, IL, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at 4:18 p.m., at her residence. Cremation rites were accorded. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, no services are planned at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Miss Bergman was born on March 19, 1965, in Hillsboro, IL, to the late Marvin “Jake” and Virginia Ione (Davidson) Bergman. She had attended Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, IL and had worked at Shell Gas Station, Caseys and was a bar tender. Miss Bergman had lived in Irving, IL and Hillsboro, IL.
Miss Bergman is survived by one son, Russell Baker (fiancé Daisy Powderly) of Hillsboro, IL; one daughter, Brandi Baker of Hillsboro, IL; one granddaughter, Nevaeh Powderly of Hillsboro, IL and four siblings, James (wife, Helen) Bergman of Waltonville, IL; Dale Bergman of Cahokia, IL; Diana Bergman of Hillsboro, IL and Maxine Robinson of Green River, WY. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert “Bob” Bergman, Donald B. Bergman, Gary Joe Bergman and Marvin Bergman, in infancy.
