Evelyn Ilene Ingram

Evelyn Ilene Ingram, 70, of Hillsboro, IL, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 3:00 a.m. at Hillsboro Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Hillsboro, IL. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL. Burial will be held at Clear Springs Cemetery in Hillsboro, IL at a later date.

Ms. Ingram was born on January 30, 1951 in Macomb, IL to Walter Eugene Detrick and Wilma (Green) Detrick. Ms. Ingram graduated from Triopia High School in Concord, IL. She married Lyle E. Ingram in Jacksonville, IL on February 27, 1971; he preceded her in death. She worked as a Fast Food Clerk and a Walmart Clerk. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Litchfield, IL and Cornerstone Church in Litchfield, IL. She loved to crochet and cross stitch, and she enjoyed mystery T.V.

Ms. Ingram is survived by her mother, Wilma; her children, Cindy (husband Richard) Wilhelm of Irving, IL and Dan (wife Jennifer) Ingram of Granite City, IL; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two brothers, Eldon Detrick of Virginia, IL and Ernest Detrick of Las Vegas, NV.

Ms. Ingram is preceded in death by her father, Walter; her husband, Lyle; and her brother, Ed Detrick.
