Elsie D. Hall, 91, of Hillsboro, IL, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at 5:17p.m., at Lewis Memorial Christian Village in Springfield, IL. Private family services will be held. The Very Rev. James L. Neuman and Deacon Leland Johns will officiate. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in Hillsboro, IL.
Mrs. Hall was born March 23, 1929, in Taylor Springs, IL, to the late Ernest & Dolores (Menghini) Menghini. Mrs. Hall was a 1947 Graduate of Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, IL. She married Thomas Eugene Hall, on April 7, 1956, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, IL and he preceded in death on April 16, 1990. She had worked at Ball Brothers Glass Factory, Farm Credit Services and National Bank in Hillsboro, IL. Mrs. Hall was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, IL, where she was involved in C.C.W. and Young at Heart. She had lived in Taylor Springs, IL and Hillsboro, IL her entire life, spending her last years at Tremont Ridge Assisted Living in Hillsboro, IL.
Mrs. Hall is survived by one daughter, Karen (husband, Jack) Williamson of Gainesville, GA; one son, Dan (wife, Debbie) Hall of Springfield, IL; three grandchildren, Nicole (husband, Jonathan) Austin of Atlanta, GA; Scott (wife, Alexis) Williamson of Lenexa, KS and Olivia Hall of Springfield, IL. Along with her parents and husband, Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by one brother, Alfred Menghini and one sister, Lena Feraris.
Memorials are suggested to C.C.W. at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, IL.
