David Michael House

David Michael House, 59, of Witt, IL passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 2:12 a.m., at his residence.  A visitation will be held on Monday, November 21, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, IL.  Military rites will be accorded by Department of Defense and Inter Veteran’s Burial Detail.  Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, IL.  

Mr. House was born August 12, 1963, in Hillsboro, IL, to Bobbi Lee House and Shirley Anne (Lloyd) House.  He was a 1981 Graduate of Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, IL and had worked as an over the road truck driver for Heartland Trucking Line.  Mr. House married Charlene Rice in 1982.  She preceded him in death in 2010.  He loved to tinker with tractors and cars. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Mr. House is survived by his mother, Shirley Anne (Lloyd) House Burrows of Piedmont, IL; three daughters, Jessica (husband, Matthew) Fenton of Carlinville, IL; Nicole Miller of Hillsboro, IL and Gabrielle Miller of Hillsboro, IL; three grandchildren, Mark Utry, Deven Utry and Scott Fenton and siblings, Gary House, Bobbi Edwards, Barb Jones, Max House, Jody Kramer and Tammy Vincent.  He was preceded in death by his father, Bobbi Lee House and siblings, Christopher House and Julie Rhodes.
