Connie Rae (Reid) Whitehead

Connie Rae (Reid) Whitehead, 60, of Hillsboro, IL passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 2:34 p.m. at her residence. Cremation rites were accorded and no services are to be held at this time.

Ms. Whitehead was born on November 17, 1960 to the late Gerald and Thelma (Edwards) Reid. She graduated from High School in New Lenox, IL. She had worked as a bartender and also did marketing work for Coty Cosmetics.  Ms. Whitehead had lived in Brownsville, TX; San Antonio, TX; and she had lived in Hillsboro, IL for the past ten years.

Ms. Whitehead is survived by her son Jeffery Atkinson II; her grandson Jeffery Atkinson III; as well as her siblings Debbie (husband, Harold) Jordan of Litchfield, IL; Charles Reid of Litchfield, IL; James (wife, Martha) Reid of Shelbyville, IL. Ms. Whitehead was preceded in death by her parents Gerald and Thelma (Edwards) Reid, and her sister, Masha Banks.
