Donna Cunningham Obituary

 

Donna L. Cunningham, 81, of Butler, IL passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019, at 12:52 p.m., at her residence. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL.  Rev. Matt Ferguson, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Hillsboro, IL will officiate. Burial will take place in the Bethel Cemetery in Reno, IL. 

Mrs. Cunningham was born on March 1, 1938, in Reno, IL to the late Eldon and Wilma (Spies) Lohman. She married Cary Bill Cunningham on March 16, 1955, in Greenville, IL. He preceded her in death on October 21, 1994.  Mrs. Cunningham had worked as a beautician. Ms. Cunningham lived in the Reno, IL area before moving to Butler, IL in 1980. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Reno, IL. 

Mrs. Cunningham is survived by her five children, Debra J. Cunningham of Butler, IL; Cary Bill (wife, Cynthia) Cunningham of Butler, IL; Phillip Earl (wife, Tammy) Cunningham of Panama, IL; Jeffrey (wife, Alice) Cunningham of Butler, IL, and Scott Cunningham of Butler, IL; twelve grandchildren: Heath (wife, Rachel) Cunningham, Amy (husband, Derek) Jones, Cary Cunningham, Abigail (husband, Andrew) Billington, Chad Cunningham (companion, Judy), Kimberly Cunningham, Shawn Cunningham, Adrian Murray (companion, Craig), Ashley Murray, Brandy Murray, Travis Cunningham & Michael Cunningham; as well as several great grandchildren; three sisters: Patsy Sutton, Willa Earnst & Lois Veres; four brothers, Robert Lohman, Richard (wife, Dee) Lohman, Michael (wife, Julie) Lohman & Brian Lohman; her companion of 23 years, Ivan Gene Reener and his son, Gene (wife, Tracy) Reener; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Along with her parents and husband, Mrs. Cunningham was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Cayla Degg and two sisters, Karen Lohman and Mona Knight.

Memorials may be given to Shriners Hospitals or the Bethel Cemetery in Reno, IL.
