Denyce Irene Hadley

Denyce Irene Hadley, age 55, of East Peoria, IL, formerly of Witt and Hillsboro, IL, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 10:45 p.m. at St. Francis Hospital, Peoria IL. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro IL, with Rev. Jay Martin of Witt IL officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12 at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Witt Cemetery, Witt, IL

Denyce was born on September 16, 1961 at Hillsboro IL to the late Arnold and Evelyn (Buchholz) Lapsansky.  She married Donald Hadley on December 30, 2006 at Litchfield IL and he survives at East Peoria IL. Denyce was a graduate of Witt High School with the Class of 1979 and had attended Interior Design School in St. Louis MO.  Mrs. Hadley had worked at Earl's Sports, owned and operated Chances Bar in Hillsboro, worked at Tractor Supply Co and Lowes, Peoria IL.  She loved gardening reading, stained glass art and was an avid Cubs fan.  She had resided in Witt, Hillsboro, Farmington MO, Colorado and East Peoria IL.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sisters, Carole (husband Ed) Martin, Witt IL; Wilma (husband David) Deiss, New Holland, IL; Renita (husband Mike) Frizzo, Mt. Olive IL; nieces and nephews, Schelli (husband Tony) Sanders of Elgin, IL; Stacie (husband Scott) Merano of Hillsboro, IL; Ted (wife Becky) Martin of Mascoutah, IL; Vikki (husband Ernie) Campbell of Rochester, MN; and Brandon (wife Valerie) Frizzo of Mt. Olive, IL, and great nieces and great nephews.
