Winifred Arline (Rogers) Mollman Hatfield

Winifred Arline Mollman Hatfield, 91, of Carmel, IN, formerly of Hillsboro, IL, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Bickford of Carmel Nursing Home in Carmel, IN.  A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL.  Mark Noyes will officiate.  Burial will be in Wares Grove Cemetery in rural Butler, IL.

Mrs. Hatfield was born September 4, 1925, in Butler, IL, to the late Perry & Blanche (Schafer) Rogers.  She was a 1943 Graduate of Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, IL.  She married Ralph K. Mollman on February 16, 1943 in Albany, OR.  He preceded her in death on July 21, 1995.  She then married Leonard E. Hatfield on September 29, 2007.  He also preceded her in death.  Mrs. Hatfield had previously owned Henry's Greenhouse in Hillsboro, IL for 25 years.  She was a member of Hillsboro Lioness Club and St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Hillsboro, IL, where she had been secretary for Pastor Hersh.  Mrs. Hatfield had lived in Butler, IL; Hillsboro, IL; Columbus, IN and Carmel, IN during her lifetime.

Mrs. Hatfield is survived by two children, Marsha Kay (husband Perry) Lipe of Columbus, IN and Roger Paul (wife Linda) Mollman of St. Charles MO; two step children, Pamela A. Fulk of North Carolina and Richard Hatfield of Indianapolis, IN; five grandchildren, Stacey Lipe, Josh Lipe, Aaron Mollman, Stephanie Mollman & Bradley Mollman; two step grandchildren and five great grandchildren living in the Indianapolis area who were able to visit her when she was at the Bickford of Carmel Assisted Living.
