William Robert "Bill" Guinn, 77, of Donnellson, IL passed away on Monday, July 20, 2015, at 8:11 p.m. at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL. Visitation will be on Friday, July 24, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL. Memorial Services will be Friday, July 24, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL. Rev. Ed Fogle, Litchfield, IL will officiate.
Mr. Guinn was born in Schram City, IL on July 11, 1938, to the late Stanley and Josephine (Adams) Guinn. He was a 1956 graduate of Hillsboro High School and a retired Business Manager for Laborer's Local 1084, Hillsboro, IL. He marred Pamela K. Elam on March 31, 1995, and she survives in Donnellson, IL.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Guinn is survived by one son, William R. "Will" (wife Nicole) Guinn, Panama, IL; one brother, Gene (wife Gretchen) Guinn, Litchfield, IL; one sister, Sandy (husband Charles) Watson, Hillsboro, IL; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and was expecting a grandson in October 2015.
Mr. Guinn was preceded in death by his parents and one step-son, David Guinn.
Memorials may be given to Taylor Springs Volunteer Fire Department.
