Nellie Mae Lentz, 68, of Hillsboro, IL passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018, at 10:07 p.m. at her residence. Cremation rites were accorded and no services are planned at this time. Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL is assisting the family.
Mrs. Lentz was born on April 15, 1949, in West Virginia to the late Willard and Rachael (Meadows) Lilly. She married Robert Lentz, in Arkansas and was a housewife.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Lentz is survived by two step-daughters, Pam (husband Billy) Ernest, Springfield, IL and Debbie (husband Dwane) Dugan, Harvel, IL; six grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; seven brothers and sisters, Kathy Lopez, Hester Bolen, Melaine Lilly, Helen Vaught, Roger Lilly, Carlos Lilly and Frances Blevins.
Mrs. Lentz was also preceded in death by one step-son, Larry Lentz and eight brothers and sisters.
Memorials may be given to the family.
