Martha Lois Stilley

Martha Lois Stilley, 84, of Donnellson, IL passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at 12:35 p.m. at Bement Health Care Center, Bement, IL.  Visitation for Mrs. Stilley will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015, from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL.  Funeral services will be on Friday, July 17, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL.  Burial will be in Donnellson Cemetery, Donnellson, IL.  Rev. Gary Shaw will officiate.

Mrs. Stilley was born on January 12, 1931, in Base Saint Louis, MS to the late Alec and Niamoa (Rosher) Newman.  She attended Hawthorn High School in Lameida, California and lived in Donnellson, IL and California during her lifetime.  She married Marvin Stilley in 1956 in Las Vegas, NV, and he preceded her in death.  Mrs. Stilley was a housewife.

Survivors include her children, Marvin Issac Stilley, Jr.; Nora Colleen (husband Bryan Stanley) Phillips; Martha Lee (husband Joseph) Lanthier; Niamoa Marlene (husband Glenn) Mitchell and Mary Alene (husband James Lynn) Warren; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren and three sisters, Noni, Yvonne and Norma.

Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Violet Ann Brown; one son, Guy Porter Stilley; two grandchildren, Chris Brown, Jr. and Sheridan Masterman and one sister, Donna.

Memorials may be given to the Family of Martha Stilley.
