Larry Lee Lazenby, 71, of Pana, IL, formerly of Hillsboro, IL passed away on Monday, July 25, 2016, at 11:38 p.m. at his residence.  Visitation will be Friday, July 29, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsboro, IL.  Funeral services will be Saturday, July 30, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church.  Masonic rites will be accorded at graveside on Saturday, July 30, 2016.  Rev. Jeff Hemken, Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsboro, IL and Rev. Larry Simon, Pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Pana, IL will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Hillsboro, IL with Mt. Moriah  Masonic Lodge #51, Hillsboro, providing Masonic Rites. 

Mr. Lazenby was born September 30, 1944, in Hillsboro, IL, to the late Hubert A. and Olpha Bernice (Morell) Lazenby.  Larry was a 1965 Graduate of Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, IL  He married Debbie (Timmons) Kloever in Pana, IL on December 10, 2005. Larry worked as a Coal Miner, retiring from Rend Lake Coal Mine in Rend Lake, IL.  He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsboro, IL; Mt. Moriah Masonic Lodge #51 in Hillsboro, IL; Ansar Shriner’s in Springfield, IL; Hillsboro Moose Lodge #1377 in Hillsboro, IL and Bible Baptist Church in Pana, IL.  He also enjoyed playing cards, gardening and was a NASCAR fan.  

Mr. Lazenby is survived by his wife, Debbie, of Pana, IL; three children, Danny (wife Jolene) Kloever of Pana, IL; Emily (husband Todd) Prince of Decatur, IL and Stephanie Kloever of Pana, IL; fourteen grandchildren, Chase Hayes, Dakota and Skiellar Shockley; Konner and Myranda Kloever; Doug, Bradley, D.J. and Becca Moore; Rex Allen; Shelden Simpson and Ashetyn, Bayleigh and Brenden; seven great grandchildren; one sister Betty Pugh of HIllsboro, IL; three nieces, Kathy Pugh, Karel Sanchez and Karen Eggersmeier and three great nephews  Along with his parents, Mr. Lazenby was preceded in death by one great nephew.  

Memorials are suggest to Calvary Baptist Church Youth Department or Bible Baptist Church Annex Project.
