Juanita L (Miller) Dankoski

Juanita L. Dankoski, 91, of Schram City, IL, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016, at 1:21 p.m. at her residence.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at 2:00 p.m at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL.  Burial will take place in Oak Grove Cemetery, Hillsboro, IL.  Rev. Harry Kirk, Pastor of Liberty Church, Bingham, IL, will officiate.

Mrs. Dankoski was born on April 12, 1925 in Herrin, IL to the late Archibald and Cora (Smith) Miller.  She was a graduate of El Paso High School in El Paso, IL.  She married Eddie E. Dankoski on July 1, 1947 in Hillsboro, IL and he preceded her on November 5, 1995.  She was a housewife, attended Christian Church in Hillsboro, IL, was a member of the Ladies Auziliary VFW, taught Sunday School, volunteered at Hillsboro Area Hospital, was a Boy Scout and Girl Scout leader, loved to watch birds at her bird feeder, loved butterflies and Betty Boop.

Mrs. Dankoski is survived by four children, Edward Dan (wife Teresa) Dankoski of St. Charles, IL, Ricky Allen Dankoski of Schram City, IL, John Benjamin (wife Diane) Dankoski of Donnellson, IL, and Linda Marcine (husband John) Weiss of Hillsboro, IL; six grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.

Mrs. Dankoski was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Edmund Dankoski, and one brother and three sisters.
