Jerry Patrick "Pat" Reynolds, age 69, of Hillsboro, IL, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 4:25 p.m. at Montgomery Nursing & Rehabilitation, Taylor Springs, IL. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro IL with Richard Small, Hillsboro, officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Hillsboro IL. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was born to the late Leonard Joseph and Helen Elizabeth (Durbin) Reynolds on June 15, 1947 at Hillsboro IL. He was a graduate of Hillsboro High School in 1965. He had worked as a mechanic at several different shops in the area, loved to go boating and to tinker. He had resided in Harvel, Raymond, Witt, Nokomis, Vandalia and Hillsboro IL. He was a member of the Litchfield Moose.
His marriage to Martha Ann Keiser was on June 15, 1968 at Hillsboro IL and they were later divorced. Survivors include son, Len Reynolds, companion, Liz Holcomb, Hillsboro; daughter, Michelle (husband John) Williams, Nokomis, IL; six grandchildren, Derek Reynolds, Tyler Williams, Cooper Holcomb, Brandon Reynolds, Audrey Holcomb, Lucas Reynolds; two great grandchildren, Chandler Reynolds, Lukas Reynolds; brothers, Charles Reynolds, Pawnee IL; James (wife Mary) Reynolds, Hillsboro; Harold "Sonny" (wife Kathy) Reynolds, Hillsboro; Mike (wife Jackie) Reynolds; sisters, Margaret (husband Frank) Jorn, Hillsboro; Carol (husband Kenneth) Jorn, Hillsboro; Mary Brown, Hillsboro; and Sue (husband Dennis) Schmidt, Lansing, MI. One brother, Joseph Leonard Reynolds, has preceded.
