Ed Traylor

Ed Traylor, 60, of Coffeen, IL, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at his residence.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2016, from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Toberman-Dean Funeral Home, Coffeen, IL.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at Toberman-Dean Funeral Home, Coffeen, IL.  Burial will be in Olive Hill Cemetery, Coffeen, IL.  Jim Brown will officiate.

Mr. Traylor was born on March 10, 1956, in Hillsboro, IL, to Denver Traylor and Annabelle (Harvey) Traylor Williams.  His father preceded him and his mother resides in Coffeen, IL.  Mr. Traylor attended Hillsboro High School and was a Carpenter with Carpenter's Local #725 in Litchfield, IL.  During his lifetime he lived in Hillsboro, IL; Litchfield, IL; Texas and Coffeen, IL.  He was a member of Carpenter's Local #725 in Litchfield, IL.

Mr. Traylor is also survived by two daughters, three grandchildren, four sisters, Carolyn (husband Glen) Pinnick, Seward, AK; Glenda (husband Ron) Hanson, Fillmore, IL; Martha (husband Jim) Sheets, Mooringsport, LA and Norma Logue, Shreveport, LA; one sister-in-law, Rose Williams, Coffeen, IL and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Mr. Traylor was preceded by one brother, Harvey Lee Traylor, one sister, Gladys M. Taulbee, and one step-brother, Johnny Williams.
