Dora M. (Suits) Attebery

Dora M. Attebery, 107, of Taylor Springs, IL, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center in Taylor Springs, IL.  A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, from 5:00- 7:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 22, 2017, at 10 a.m., at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL.  Rev. Randy Sands, Pastor of Free Methodist Church in Hillsboro, IL, will officiate.  Burial will be in Cress Hill Cemetery in Hillsboro, IL.

Mrs. Attebery was born, on December 11, 1909, to the late Gideon & Anna (Rolf) Suits.  She attended Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, IL.  She married Elmer C. Attebery on October 1, 1944, in Hillsboro, IL.  He preceded on June 26, 1982.  Mrs. Attebery lived in Hillsboro, IL her entire life.  

Mrs Attebery is survived by one son, Larry E. (wife Linda) Attebery of Elbert, CO; three grandchildren, Lucas Attebery, Logan Attebery & David Lobeck and five great grandchildren.  Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center Activity Fund.
