Craig Edward Adams

Craig Edward Adams, 40, of Hillsboro, IL passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at 6:36 a.m. at his residence.  Visitation will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015, from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, IL.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Hillsboro, IL.  Rev. Steve Revisky, Pastor of The Christian Church of Litchfield, Litchfield, IL will officiate.

Craig was born on May 11, 1975 to David and Sally (Swain) Adams.  Both survive in Hillsboro, IL.  He was a 1993 graduate of Hillsboro High School, Hillsboro, IL and attended Lincoln Land Community College, Springfield, IL.  He worked for Variety Built, owned Adams Construction and worked for Pro-Built Buildings working in sales, ordering and running crews.  He lived in Hillsboro, IL and Litchfield, IL during his lifetime.  He married Sandra Traylor, and they later divorced.  He was a member of Illinois Kiko Goat Association; American Kiko Goat Association, loved raising goats and truck pulling.

In addition to his parents, Craig is survived by two daughters, Sarah Adams and Daisy Adams; one son, Joshua Adams; maternal grandparents, Carl and Lila Swain, Hillsboro, IL; and two nieces, Mackenzie Lorene Adams and Alissa Ray Adams, of Nokomis, IL.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George and Lorene Adams and his brother, Curt William Adams.

Memorials may be given to the College Fund for the Children of Craig Adams.
