Clifford "Cliff" C. Bailey

Clifford C. “Cliff” Bailey, 58, of London, KY, formerly of Litchfield, IL passed away on Tuesday May 17, 2016 at his residence.  Visitation will be from 5-8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL.  Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at the funeral home with Rev. Ralph Ward, Hillsboro, officiating.   Burial will follow at Hart Cemetery, Litchfield, IL.

Cliff was born on September 12, 1957 in Litchfield, IL the son of Earl and Evelyn “Peggy” Walden Bailey.  He married Debbie Swisher on September 14, 2013.

He worked for Red-E-Mix concrete company in Litchfield for over 10 years.  He enjoyed camping and fishing.  He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Litchfield and currently in Summersville, WV #1536.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by wife, Debbie Bailey of London, KY; sons, Jake (companion, Shanee) Jones of Litchfield, Aaron (fiancé, Marlee) Bailey of Summersville WV, Jake (Heather) Phillips of Pana and Wes (Bre) Embry of Shelbyville; daughter, Angie Phillips of Pana; brothers, Earl (Doris) Bailey of Owaneco, Lee Bailey of FL, Terry (Barbara) Bailey of Lake of the Ozarks, MO and Larry Bahn of Houston, TX; sisters, Deanna (Buddy) Dorsey of Nallen, WV and Cindy (Michael) Benton of Springfield, MO; grandchildren, Harley, Jurnee, Katie, Carlee, Lauren, Madison, Quentin, Nelson, Zander and Brogan; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
